Staff Weekly is a weekly Monday meeting to review project schedules and staffing requirements, integrate our practices, and discuss office policies, standards as well as, delivery teams to serve our clients effectively.

Lunch & Learn is our weekly Tuesday luncheon provided by product representative, which includes a forum for manufacturer representatives, dealers and installer to present their latest products, materials and installation techniques to our design staff.

Lessons Learned is our guest speaker program featuring clients, contractors and professionals. Our Learning seminars have resulted in breakthroughs in company growth; client service; innovation; and creative thinking. These round table discussions offer our staff the opportunity to learn first-hand about the latest advancements taking place around the corner and around the world. Recent seminars include a real estate developer talking about building site locations, and building improvements, a hardware consultant reviewing hardware installation methods, an acoustics consultant presenting alternative acoustic wall systems.

Lunch on Us is our Thursday catered luncheon. We all get gather on Thursdays to talk, get to know each other and enjoy round table discussions, fun and laughter.

Available Positions:

Architects:

Seeking architects at various levels. Will create environments for retail, hospitality, corporate office and multi-tenant buildings. Opportunities are available for architects with 5 to 10 years of experience. Individuals should embrace a collaborative design approach, enjoy problem solving, possess good communication skills and excel in unique challenges. A Bachelor of Architecture degree, NCARB or registration is required. CADD experience is required with proficiency in AutoCAD. LEED-accreditation is a plus!

Interior Architects:

Seeking interior architects with strong AutoCAD skills. This position requires proven ability in the production of interior construction documents, code review, specifications, and construction administration process! Qualified candidates should have 5 to 10 years of interior design/interior architecture experience in the design and documentation of high-end interiors projects. A degree in architecture or a related field is preferred. Must have experience with large-scale projects or tenant planning!

Interior Designers:

Seeking interior designers with strong AutoCAD skills and well-rounded abilities in all aspects of design and documentation. Should be able to work independently in support of senior design positions as well as supervise Project Designer staff for specific tasks or small projects. Qualified candidates should have 2 to 5 years of experience. A degree in design or a related field is preferred. Must have experience with large-scale projects!
