Heather Fleming has served as Space Planner, Senior Project Designer and Project Director for Space Design Incorporated for nearly five years. Heather currently directs Planning & Design Services and works successfully with hundreds of Developers, Owners and their Agents as well as Major Corporate clients.  Her experience will involve all technical aspects of the Building Evaluation and Construction Documentation process. 

Heather has provided Tenant Space Planning Services for the following major clients: 

  • Brandywine Realty Trust, Radnor, Plymouth Meeting, and Allentown PA
  • CD Realty Advisors, Pennsauken, NJ
  • Trinity Capital Advisors, Conshohocken, PA

  • Defense National Stockpile Center, Fort Belvoir, VA,
  • Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, PA.

Heather Fleming received a Bachelor of Science from Philadelphia University in Philadelphia. Heather has previously been a staff member at Collaborative Design Incorporated, Ambler, PA.
