James Coburn has served as Space Planner, Senior Project Designer and Project Director for Space Design Incorporated for more than seven years. Jim currently directs our Planning & Architectural Services and worked successfully with hundreds of Developers, Owners and their Agents as well as Major Corporate clients. His experience will involve all technical aspects of the Building Evaluation and Construction Documentation process.
Jim has provided Planning Services for the following major projects with Space Design Incorporated:
- Brandywine Realty Trust, Plymouth Meeting, PA and Marlton, NJ
- O’Neill Properties, King of Prussia, Conshohocken, and Philadelphia, PA
- The Henderson Group, Chadds Ford, PA
- Walnut Street Capital, Philadelphia, PA.
- Lehigh Gas, Allentown, PA
- Dunkin Brands, multiple locations, Central PA
Jim has served as Project Director for the following major projects prior to joining Space Design Incorporated:
- AOL, Dulles, VA.
James Coburn joined Space Design Incorporated in 1998 as a Drexel Co-op student. James Coburn received a Bachelor of Science from Drexel University in Philadelphia. Jim has previously been a staff member at Nelson Associates, Philadelphia.
