Prior to signing a lease renewal at 1601 Market Street, Space Design provided preliminary “Test-Fit” Space Plans and Building Analysis for more than 10 center city Philadelphia and Suburban office buildings including a potential build-to-suit property. Our work on this project included Programming, Planning & Design of Radian’s newly renovated Headquarters at 1601 Market Street.
