Equity Offices

The lack of a view and natural light presented a design challenge for the relocation of Equity Office Properties’ leasing and management office to the Lower Level of 1700 Market Street.  Space Design Incorporated addressed these issues by using curved lines to unify the entire space, creating the impression of a much larger area.  Soft, indirect cove lighting enhances the feeling of height and openness, and the small pendant fixtures create visual interest, as well as providing illumination.
