Space Design Incorporated was chosen to design the Philadelphia office of Studley, a 56 year old full-service Washington-based Real Estate firm that has been in Philadelphia for 24 years, after successfully designing their previous office ten years before.  The new office is located on the 34th floor of Two Liberty Place.  The highly contemporary design concept, which is expressed by bold curves, sleek detailing and quality materials, springs from the notion that Studley is on the cutting edge of its profession.  The color palate, which is fresh, light and upbeat, contributes to the energetic, yet professional, working environment that is desired by Studley’s leadership.
