The vision was to not only serve the lunch for tenants of the Renaissance Corporate Center, but to provide hot prepared dinners for pick up at the end of the day, as well as offer office catering services.  The goal was to have a dining room that was inviting and cutting edge and to avoid the typical “sandwich shop” atmosphere.

The adjoining patio was utilized for seasonal outdoor seating and provided natural light to enhance the dining room atmosphere.  The dining area has diverse seating options from quick bar seating for one, to table seating for large parties and longer dining experiences.

Additionally, we worked closely with the equipment vendors to coordinate the kitchen and display equipment and to create marketing displays for the take home dinner options.  The use of materials, architectural lighting, and refined details create an inviting and comfortable space that is anything but your typical deli or sandwich shop.
