Space Design Incorporated is a full service Architectural firm that provides building design, documentation and contract administration services for both new and renovated buildings. Recent assignments include a new classroom building for Hesser College, Salem, NH and a multi-tenant office building for The Henderson Group, Chaddsford, PA.
Space Design Incorporated has also provided building renovation and updating services for Liberty Mutual, Temple University and Willistown Friends Meeting House, an historic structure.
Space Design Incorporated Architects have more than 40 years of award-winning work in commercial, educational and institutional architecture. As project architect for two large Philadelphia-based firms, Jonathan Dyer, AIA, NCARB has worked on The Philadelphia International Airport, Meadowlands Sports and Exhibition Complex, several major high-rise office buildings in center city Philadelphia, hospitals, professional offices, libraries, historic renovations, handicap accessibility and code improvements for town halls, churches, and other public institutions.
Our past projects also include corporate master planning and headquarters, pharmaceutical and high tech facilities and higher education as well as restaurant renovations, commercial kitchens, daycare designs, and religious, nonprofit organizations. Space Design Incorporated has an active, Sustainable Design Team, with industry experts and LEED-accredited design professionals.
