When you enlist our tenant representation services, we start with a strategic planning meeting, followed by an existing space survey, tours of properties, preparation of Test-Fit space plans and a space plan comparison of buildings under consideration, including building features, square footage and cost comparisons for tenant fit-up and relocation. But your relationship with us does not end there. After the lease is signed, we are available to provide comprehensive interior architectural design services. These services will ultimately result in the design, construction, relocation and completion of your new offices or retail space.

From our more than 30 years of experience in assisting corporations, professional organizations and retailers with their building selection process, we have provided professional space planning services for most every building in Philadelphia and the surrounding Tri-State suburban areas. As a result of our extensive experience in planning these buildings, we have developed an excellent working relationship with landlords and a complete understanding of their planning and leasing process. In addition, we have compiled a database of information for over 1,000 buildings in the Philadelphia Central Business District and Tri-State suburban area which we utilize in our unique building analysis process.

Our multi disciplined staff of over 20 professional architects, interior designers, and space planners offers its expertise in our Building Analysis Services which extend from our initial meetings and information gathering through the development of a capital budget for the relocation.
